Library Unveils Portugal-Themed Photography Exhibit This Month
The Lunenburg Public Library opened a new photography exhibit this month exploring the doors of Portugal, giving residents a fresh reason to stop by the Wallace Community Room this fall, while a regional outlet spotlighted the town's Chase Road antique mall as a growing draw for collectors.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
"Portugal Unveiled: Through the Doors of Time," a photography exhibit by travel photographer Liz Cardoso, went on display in the library's Wallace Community Room starting Monday, September 14. The show features images of Portugal's ornate doors and invites visitors to reflect on the doors, literal and figurative, they encounter in daily life.
The library's regular slate of weekly programs continues alongside the new exhibit, including the Stitchcraft knitting and crochet group and children's storytimes in the Story Craft Room.
